Jane Austin Improv is a performance company that strives to honestly embody Jane Austen’s core fundamentals through improv comedy. Starting with a single audience suggestion you will experience a full-length play created on the spot, something Jane Austen may have written. This Halloween they are putting a twist on the literary classic and present to you JANE OF THE DEAD. Join these eligible young men and women as they navigate Cryptids, Carriages and Courtship.

It is best to pre buy your tickets in advance. However, there are still lots of seats available at "sold out" shows, so you should come either way! There is no assigned seating!

The first Sunday of every month!
Complete with 18th century garb, Jane Austin Improv channels the spirit of Jane Austen (the original rom com), into an hour-long comedy feast. Step into a world where the elegance of Regency-era England collides with improv comedy-- based on audience suggestions! Laugh along as the actors navigate their costumes, horseback riding, complexities of courtship, and social status in the early 1800s. Make haste dear friends, and join us for this ever so delightful occasion.

Tickets: $10 online / $13 door

Austin English Country Dancers are meeting Monday night from 7:30pm-9:45pm except holidays.
These days, they’re keeping it simple, mixing 17th, 18th and 19th century favorites with modern compositions and English ceili. You don’t need to come with a partner, and admission is $5. It’s a welcoming group that always has fun.
