Event Description:
Looking for something different this National Day weekend? Join us for a relaxed and enjoyable overseas Table Tennis getaway to Ipoh!

This trip is not just about ping pong – it’s mainly about exploring and indulging in Ipoh’s famous food. Think great company, great food, and a refreshing change of environment.
Of course, we’ll still keep the spirit of the game alive!

We are planning friendly visits and fellowship sessions with 2 different clubs:
• Ipoh Table Tennis Training Center (ITTTC)
• Highlight Table Tennis

This is a casual, social trip – play some table tennis, enjoy local connections, and most importantly, relax and have fun together.
We aim to travel on the same flight (to and fro) for convenience, but participants are free to arrange their own preferred timing.

Expected Number of Players:
• 14 players (first-come, first-served basis)
• Partners/family members are welcome to join (not counted within player slots)

Cost & Arrangements:
• All participants are responsible for their own:
o Flights (aim to travel on the same flight)
o Accommodation (aim to stay in the same Hotel)
o Meals (aim to have within group meals together)
o Transport (aim to have within group transportation)
• The organizer may / may not be coordinating bookings centrally (further notification will be informed)
Important Notes / Disclaimer:
• This is an informal, self-organized group trip
• The organizer shall not be liable for any risks, losses, injuries, delays, or unforeseen incidents during the trip
• Participants are responsible for their own travel insurance, safety, and personal arrangements
• $80 deposit is required as assurance joining the trip and it will for used as part of the trip expense. Any cancellation 3 days before event or No show, deposit will not be refunded. Refund can only be made if and when this event is cancelled. NOTE : Organizer reserve the right to request additional fee to be collected among each participants for covering example, land transportation, food, drinks and other miscellaneous if and when necessary. Participants reserve rights to know the use for each paid amount.
