Greetings and Welcome to the new look of South Jersey Mindfulness. My name is mary 'i" and i am the caretaker of a farm with 100 chickens, 10 guineas, lots of herbs and veggies and cats and dogs.
Teacher
I am a teacher, leader and connector of spiritual practices here in South Jersey. I have studied under Bob Proctor from the movie “The Secret” for the past 4 years and on my own for about 20 years.
In my capacity as a teacher i teach “Think & Grow Rich” by Napoleon Hill, “The Science of Getting Rich” by Wallace D. Wattles, “The Success Principals” by Jack Canfield, and many other books. In our classes we learn that through the positive power of our mind, we can achieve anything our heart desires.
Movie Night is just starting. We will view and discuss various spiritual movies.
Meditation, Retreats & Other Classes
I will direct you to meditations and other classes as i find out about them. We will have retreats in Wildwood. Reiki classes will also be available. As i gather ideas from you i will include them in our meetings.
