LGBTQ+ Yoga & Mindfulness

Join Kula for Karma's Brialle Ringer or Lauren Puzen each Saturday for mindfulness, meditation, and yoga that works with each person's pace and ability. This program is offered free to members of the LGBTQ+ community.
- Sign up for one, two, or all!
- Bring your yoga mat, blocks, and a blanket.
- Don't have any of the above? Supplies on site! (first come, first served)
- Trans, cis, non-binary...all LGBTQ+ folks welcome!
This program is offered free to the community through the dedicated fundraising of Kula for Karma. Donations always welcome.

Meets on the second Tuesday of every month
7:30 pm - 8:30 pm
To receive link, email pride@rocklandpridecenter.org minimum 24 hours prior to event. This is to add an additional layer of security for our attendees. Thank you for your patience.The Men’s Group is a meet-up, discussion group, and social event. It’s a confidential, 1 hour meeting. The group is open to men who identify as Gay, Bi, Queer, MSM, Same Gender Loving, Questioning or . . . no matter how you identify, whether you are single or in a relationship, if you feel you belong, you are welcome! Feel free to drop-in at any session.
