Read It Like You Mean It

September's book was suggested by Mary and accepted in July's book club.

The book appears to be a retelling of Huck Finn but from Jim's perspective - neat!

We read another one of Percival Everett's books recently and enjoyed it, this is also purportedly his most well known work - so it should work out well.

Bring it up to me at a meeting (or after by Meetup messages) and we can talk about it, if it sounds like it will fit I will add it to the list to be voted on by the group. There are some genre, content and page length restrictions but we're down to give most things a shot.
