About us
Toastmasters District 53 represents over 3000 members in more than 140 clubs throughout Connecticut, eastern New York and western Massachusetts. Our Clubs provide a mutually supportive and positive learning environment in which every individual member has the opportunity to develop oral communication and leadership skills, which in turn foster self-confidence and personal growth.
