Stay after Stroller Strides for some high-flying fun! Kids will build their own mini catapults that are simple, safe, and so much fun! This is a great way for toddlers to explore cause and effect, teamwork, and creativity. So join us as we aim, launch, and let the good times fly!✨

If you want to check out Stroller Strides, it starts at 9:30 and is free for first-time attendees. Stroller Strides® is a functional, total-body conditioning workout designed for moms with kids in tow. Each 60-minute workout is comprised of strength training, cardio, and core restoration, all while entertaining the little ones with songs, activities, and fun! Each Stroller Strides instructor is skilled to meet you where you are mentally & physically. You’ll leave class feeling connected, successful & energized. No more mama guilt! This class is all about self-care in a supportive and encouraging environment. You will need a stroller, water, yoga mat (if you have one) and entertainment for your kiddos (ex: snacks, books, toys, etc). All children are required to remain in the stroller (and/or in a carrier) for the duration of the class.
