You don't need to speak perfect Japanese. Beginners are welcome, and you can practice at your own pace.
Japanese speakers who want to practice English or other languages are also welcome! No matter your language level, everyone can join and enjoy the conversation.

カフェエンコンテレ(入口扉にミートアップのサインがあります)の中のネームタグをつけているイベントオーガナイザーに声をかけます。

この流れを複数回行います。17時になれば終了です。
イベント終了後は、有志の方で食事交流会を行います。オーガナイザーも参加しますので、みんなでさらに交流を深めましょう！

英語しゃべらなくていいよ。半分日本人と半分外国人参加するので、いつもめっちゃいい雰囲気になっています。何人か全く英語しゃべらいけどまだ楽しめるよ：）よろしく
Join us and beat the summer heat as we visit (and swim or put your feet in if you want) in one of the most scenic waterfalls!

This will be an easy walk on rural mountain roads along the near-pristine Ishikawa River. We’ll take our time to enjoy the scenery and then swim in the Kotaki Waterfall and its plunge pool.

Bring plenty of water and a bento. There are a couple of vending machines and small stores along the way, but they only sell snacks.

You will also need swimwear (if you want to swim...you can just dip your feet in:) , a towel and shoes that you can take into a river as we will have to wade upstream to reach Kotaki Waterfall and its pool. A silly floatation device may also be fun.

Train fare (Namba to Kawachinagano): ¥1220 return

Bus fare: ¥1,080 return

Participation fee: ¥1,500

THE PLAN:

11:15-11:35 - - Meet at bottom of the escalators at Nankai Namba Station.

Alternatively, you can meet us at Kawachinagano Station from 12:17 until we catch the bus at 12:30 (bus stop #7)

We will catch the 11:46 Koya Line Sub Express (for Rinkandenentoshi) to Kawachinagano

12:17-12:30 - Transfer to the Takihata Dam Bound Bus, ride to the end of the line.

1:10-1:45 - Walk down to the river for lunch and to get our feet wet.

1:45-2:15 walk up to Kotaki

2:15-4:00 Swim at Kotaki Waterfall and at other swimming holes.

4:00-5:00 - Return to the Takihata Dam Bus Stop fo 5:13 bus back to Kawachinagano.

6:00-6:06 - transfer to Nankai Line (or Kintetsu Line) for return to Namba or home

6:37 - arrive at Nankai Namba Station, otsukaresama

This is a very easy hike....it is flat all the way and is only about a 4km hike.
We will rest at many of the beautiful vantage points along the way.

You can dip your feet into the water as well. Some people will swim.
Today is just a relaxing day out in a stunning location (and a little bit of walking)

PARTICIPATION FEE:
1800yen per adult. 600yen for children

With this event you MUST buy your own separate ticket (I will show you how to get it when you arrive at the station). This ticket is super discounted it is 4480yen and is a special day pass (Includes a return train ticket and a return bus ticket). Its 70min train ride and a 50min bus ride (private bus charter)...but its worth it!!:) This once in a life time stuff!!
So the cost for the whole day for each guest including everything is about 6000yen.

WHERE WE WILL MEET: Abenobashi Station (GET OFF AT TENNOJI SUBWAY STATION GO TO EXIT 4...see direction below) at 10:00am. We will meet infront of the "MOS Burger" next to the EAST exit!!!

ACCESS: If your coming from the Tennoji Subway station(as most will)................you take exit 4, go out of the gates and turn right and walk 20metres..... It should only take a few seconds!!

WHO: Anyone can attend, kids, adults...:)

HIKING LEVEL: 1/5. Extremely easy (NO HEELS)

WHY: Cause its a place of incredible beauty:P

WHAT TO BRING: A bottle of water, Swim wear and towel (if you want to swim)
