## What is ADHDisrupt?

ADHDisrupt is an immersive, ADHD-friendly experience designed to help you transform chaos into calm. Through a three-part journey, you'll engage in gamified challenges, interactive workshops, and actionable missions tailored for neurodivergent minds.​

### The Three-Part Mission:

1. Level 1: The Chaos Challenge (Pre-Event Week)
