You are invited to a monthly Plant-Based Potluck Dinner Wednesday, May 7th at 6:30 p.m. We get together on the first Wednesday each month Everyone is welcome!
Join us and meet new people and see friends who are attending. Some are curious about what plant eaters eat. Some folks choose plants because they don't want to injure animals, while others want to see if plants might heal or strengthen their bodies. Whatever your reason for attending, come and join us. We would be pleased to meet you.
If you are curious about the food and are not vegan or not on a plant-based diet, come check us out. You will likely find something delicious to eat. However, please bring only plant-based dishes that do not include dairy, cheese, eggs, or any meat or animal products in the recipes. Thank you.
We are a small group of people who have attended various health classes together and want to motivate and encourage ourselves and others to eat more plants and fewer meat products.
