To be able to decide and establish changes that are sustainable and consistent with your lifestyle.

Allow yourself to enjoy what you like reducing guilt and increasing the joy. Differentiate between physical or emotional need. Find alternatives to binge eating or extreme diets.

Learn by meditating, conscious movement experimenting, eating, taking care of yourself, valuing yourself.
