We are a foster based volunteer organization that partners with the community to save more animals and achieve a No Kill Community! We are always seeking volunteers to promote our organization and assist with its programs.

HSLC has many cats and kitties hoping to find their fur-ever families! Come meet them at the Petco in Leesburg (NEW LOCATION) from 12:00 to 2:00 pm on Sunday, September 21st. For a sneak peek of our adoptable animals, please visit Humane Society of Loudoun County

NOTE that Petco recently moved to the Battlefield Shopping Center at 1015 Edwards Ferry Rd NE, Leesburg, VA 20176. (It’s across the street from Costco, Target and Kohl’s.)

Tell your furr-iends and mark your calendars! HSLC is back at Spanky's for Yappy Hour on the 1st Wednesday of each month from 5:30 to 7:30 until October. We’ll have a table set-up outside in the back to answer questions and sell merchandise! And, back by PUP-ular demand, our 50/50 raffle will run through October at which time two lucky winners will be announced! Spanky's is generously donating 10% of food sales to HSLC so be sure to come hungry!

Join us for our first-ever Fall for Fur-balls online auction! From October 10 at 8 AM through October 12 at 8 PM, you’ll have a short window to bid on dozens of existing items—or make a direct donation to cover specific needs like rabies vaccinations, food for community cats, and more.
