What we’re about
Every month we read a book and then meet to discuss it, usually in a pub.
Books tend to be interesting literary fiction, though not too serious. Discussions are not at all serious. Previous authors have included Margaret Atwood, Sarah Waters, Donna Tartt, Elizabeth Strout, Julian Barnes, Michel Faber, and even Paula Hawkins. There's no charge for attendance.
