Welcome! This monthly meet up group is for anyone interested in learning how to create wealth investing in real estate. We take a deep-dive into the world of multi-family, retail, and office investments to understand what truly drives wealth creation through real estate. We discuss real life case studies of commercial investments, market outlooks, economic data, investment tips and tricks and more!
The seminars are led by CCIM candidate and top commercial broker in the LMSPI commercial division, Zhuoming Sun, at our newly constructed office at 32 Park Street, Andover, MA.
Out goal is to build a community of all professions, walks of life, and backgrounds. Investors, Attorney’s, Financial Planners, Developers, Property Managers, CPA’s, etc. are all welcome!
