Summer is not endless. Days get shorter. Everything is impermanent, and change comes naturally, whether we notice or not. Unless, of course, we decide to change.

At that time, our best resource is our own wisdom. In this meditation class series we will learn how to cultivate powerful aspects of wisdom called the Five Forces. Teachings on the Five Forces found in The New Eight Steps to Happiness help us transform our mind from negative to positive states, and to reinforce positive habits of mind through meditation.

    Everyone is welcome!
