This is a community for women who want to become more confident, more courageous, and more comfortable using their voice—in business, leadership, and life.
Whether you're an entrepreneur, coach, sales professional, manager, speaker, or returning to the workforce, you'll have a place to get out of your head, stop overthinking, think on your feet, and practice showing up as your boldest, most authentic self.
And we're going to have FUN doing it.
We use Applied Improvisation—but don't worry. You don't need to be an actor, comedian, or performer. There are no auditions, no scripts, and no judgment.
Through playful, experiential improv activities, you'll practice how to:

Speak with greater confidence
Listen and connect more deeply
Be present instead of overthinking
Adapt when things don't go as planned
Build stronger relationships
