Deep Breathing Brisk Walking meet up group aim to promote deep breathing brisk walking as a healthy exercise for both young and old. DBB walking combine the techniques of deep breathing with brisk walking. Deep breathing practises using our diaphragm instead of our chest to breathe. Brisk walking technique focus on the proper posture and forms to minimise injury. DBB walking is a low impact exercise, suitable for long duration like 5 km to 10 km. It is a good form of exercise for relaxation, to help you maintain healthy BMI and achieve cardiovascular/aerobic exercise that is good for your heart.
