What we’re about

We are all seeking to find the harmonious connection within us all that brings peace, joy, and sustained happiness. Our mind, body, ego complex has a direct influence on inner peace and connection to spirit. Three Shanti means peace of the body, peace of the mind and peace of the spirit. When these three aspects of self are fully realized you can connect with your higher essential inner self. We start with awareness and mindfulness; practical living practices to bring skillfulness and build a foundation to ground the energy of the inner self. Based on the heartwood of the mystics through world history reframed for better understanding of the ultimate reality also referred to as Omnism. This supports your personal spiritual path and can aid in the connection with your higher essential inner self, that is full of the peace found in the inner knowing of the oneness within us all. Monthly meetings the 2nd, 3rd and 4th Wednesdays of the month. Discussion Group, Mindfulness Meditation, and Book Group.
