Here’s a place I found that has me interested. Bricks & Bourbon is a small chain with good food. Let’s check out the Eden Prairie location to confirm it. They have a seating area upstairs that can handle a large group We’re starting at 4 so we can reserve the space.

Of course, very strict RSVPs will apply as I have to make a commitment to the restaurant.

Think ahead. It’s the dead of winter. Like most Minnesotans you’re dreaming of just getting away for a while. Well, have I got an offer for you. It’s so good, it’s out of this world! How about a program at the planetarium?

Discover the most fascinating moons in our Solar System an what makes each one unique. Why does Pluto have such a huge moon? Explore dwarf planets, our favorite moons, and the surprising secrets they hold.

There is an admission fee at the door of $10 which includes $2 to support the planetarium.

Afterwards, for any who wish, we can retire to Gabe's by the Park on Lexington Ave. for a meal or a drink.

For you folks in the west - phobic about Saint Paul travel - fear not. Most of you have heard of Como Park. While the planetarium is not associated with the park, (it's part of Como HS) it's located across the street from the east shore of the lake at the very end of Maryland Ave. & Wheelock Pkwy.

Huge parking lot, lots of seating space, medium size
dance floor, reasonable drink and food prices.
